1. NON-GUARANTEE & SUPPORT DISCLAIMER
The freeesim.edu.pl initiative is a non-profit academic research node. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following absolute disclaimers:
- No Warranty of Service: Provisioning and network attachment of any eSIM profile is NOT GUARANTEED. We provide connectivity on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or decommission any profile without prior warning.
- Zero Technical Support: We offer no direct human support for free service tiers. Our administration will not respond to individual technical inquiries. All users are strictly required to use the Knowledgebase (KB) and the self-service FAQ.
- Institutional Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academic Connectivity Initiative from any claims resulting from service outages, research data loss, or missed academic deadlines.
2. DATA MINIMALISM & COLLECTION POLICY
Our data collection policy is governed by the principle of **User Anonymity**. Unlike commercial providers, we do not require your physical identity to provision connectivity:
- Anonymity Protocol: We do NOT collect legal names, physical home addresses, or government identification. During registration, users are NOT required or forced to provide real personal identifiers. You may use aliases for all non-verification fields.
- Standard Security Logging: As part of standard server operation and network security, we log IP addresses. This data is used strictly for load balancing, fraud prevention, and DDoS mitigation to protect the 5G node network.
- Verification Email: We only collect an email address (typically .edu or .ac) for two specific purposes: 1) To verify your academic status via automated handshake, and 2) To deliver the SM-DP+ eSIM profile and support-related notices.
- No Data Monetization: We do not build marketing profiles. Once a grant session expires, technical identifiers are purged from our active database according to our Warsaw-node lifecycle policy.
3. GOOGLE ADSENSE & COOKIE DISCLOSURE
To fund the high-cost unthrottled 5G data buckets for students, we utilize the Google AdSense network. In accordance with Google's publisher requirements, please note:
- Cookies & Web Beacons: This site uses cookies to store information about visitors' preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the user accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based on visitors' browser type.
- Google DART Cookie: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on freeesim.edu.pl. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the Internet.
- External Ad Servers: Other third-party ad servers or ad networks may also use technology to the advertisements and links that appear on our site. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.
4. GDPR, CCPA & DATA SOVEREIGNTY
We provide a global standard of privacy protection regardless of the "realness" of the data you provide:
GDPR (Europe): As a Warsaw-based node, we operate under EU law. You have the "Right to be Forgotten." You may request the immediate deletion of your verification email from our SM-DP+ delivery logs at any time via the automated portal tools.
CCPA (California): We do not sell your personal information. Our sharing of technical identifiers is limited strictly to the automated bidding process required by Google AdSense to fund our non-profit grants.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
Our academic initiative is designed for university-level students and researchers (typically 18+). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided email data to our server, please contact us for immediate purge.
6. CONSENT & AGREEMENT
By accessing freeesim.edu.pl or scanning our provisioned QR codes, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms and Conditions. If you require "guaranteed" uptime or direct human support, you are instructed NOT to use this free academic service.
